Meet the Financial Planners

D. Eric Nobles, CFP- eric@npfp.com

Eric Nobles, CFP owns Nobles Pound Financial Planning, a regional financial planning and wealth management firm.  Eric is an OSJ with Geneos Wealth Management and has built a successful practice in financial planning since 1991.

Eric has built a clientele that is made up of individuals as well as business owners.  Eric spends a great deal of time fact-finding with his clients and works closely with each client to develop a customized financial plan.  Eric’s extensive knowledge and experience enable him to effectively and consistently help his clients work toward, and achieve, their financial goals.

A longtime resident of Fayetteville, NC Eric is active in the community. He conducts financial planning seminars on a regular basis for the State of North Carolina’s Prepare Program and numerous private and public companies. Eric belongs to the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, Cape Fear Kiwanis, North Carolina State University’s Wolfpack Club and is a past Treasurer of the Fayetteville/Cumberland County Arts Council.  He has written several financial planning articles that have been published in the Fayetteville Observer and The Up and Coming Magazine and CityView Magazine.

Eric graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Business Management.  He is a member in good standing of the Financial Planning Association.

Eric and Rhonda Nobles live in Fayetteville with their three sons, David, Noah and Jacob.  In his free time, Eric coaches baseball, soccer and football teams.  The family attends Snyder Memorial Baptist Church.

 

David M. Pound, CFP, MTIM, MBA- pound@npfp.com

David M. Pound, CFP, MTIM, MBA, a partner in Nobles Pound Financial Planning, has built a financial planning practice of individuals from various backgrounds. Because financial planning is not one size fits all and the understanding of various financial planning concepts varies from client to client, David makes every effort to tailor financial plans and educate clients so that they can implement and understand their financial plan in order to achieve their short term and long term goals.

David graduated from Campbell University with a BBA in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration and a Master’s in Trust and Investment Management. He has also completed Southeastern Trust School sponsored by the Trust Education Foundation.

David splits his time working out of Wilmington, NC and our office in Fayetteville, NC. He regularly presents educational financial planning seminars. He has also authored several articles published in the Fayetteville Observer.

David and Melanie Pound live in Wilmington, NC with their daughter Merritt and son Mason. He enjoys spending time with his family. His family attends Winter Park Baptist Church.

 

Claus Rademacher, CFP® - claus@npfp.com

Claus Rademacher is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with Nobles Pound Financial Planning, He’s been working in the financial industry since 2007 and with Nobles Pound Financial Planning since 2018.  Over that time he’s worked with thousands of individuals, and gathered a wide range of experience in financial counseling, investment advising, trust and estate planning, insurance, lending, property management, and taxes.  He has a passion for helping families achieve their financial dreams, and insuring they are prepared for any scenario they may encounter. 

Claus graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Finance and Banking as well as Risk and Insurance. He is licensed in NC as a life insurance, personal lines, accident & health or sickness, and Medicare Supplement Long-Term Care producer.  In addition to obtaining his CFP certification in 2017, he has also been a registered representative with FINRA since 2012.

Claus works mainly out of our office in Fayetteville, NC.  He volunteers within the Fayetteville community to promote financial awareness and thrift. He also works with non-profit organizations to teach financial seminars to under-served communities in the United States.

Claus lives in Fayetteville, NC with his daughter Illiana. He is one of seven kids, three of whom currently serve in the military, and enjoys spending time with his large family whenever possible.  Music has been a life-long hobby, and he plays saxophone, piano, clarinet, guitar and drums.
